The full value of your order will appear on the shipping label less the shipping charge. If your order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay fees we will issue a refund for your order minus shipping charges.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. All products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been opened or seals broken. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Refunds will be credited to the card originally charged.
We recommend you that ship the return back in the original box and use a tracking method just as UPS. The address to ship the return is on the original box. Once the return has been received and after inspection approval, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
